 1. I Am Having Issues Logging Into the Website, Can You Help?

First Time Signing In: You should have received a 'Welcome Email' within 48 hours of having your newborn portraits taken. Simply click on the link within the Welcome Email  (Please check your spam email folder if you cannot find this email in your inbox). When you arrive at the site you will be prompted to setup a new memorable password.

Second Time + Signing In: You must provide the email address you supplied in hospital and the password you setup the first time you signed in. If you have forgotten the password you initially setup, you can retrieve it here.

2. How Do I Order Products?

You can order products online or by calling our friendly customer service team on 1-866-283-9595.

 To order online, simply click on the Welcome Email you should have received within 48 hours of having your newborn portraits taken. (Please check your spam email folder if you cannot find this email in your inbox). Upon clicking the email you will be prompted to setup a new memorable password, following which you will be able to view your portraits and shop from our product catalog.

  

3. Why Can't I See All Your Products on My Mobile Device?

Currently, we only offer a limited product range on our mobile friendly website, mainly consisting of print related products. Our full product range can be viewed and purchased online via our Desktop website. You can access our Desktop website via your laptop or desktop computer, or you can click the 'Switch to Desktop' link at the bottom of the page on your mobile device.

 Alternatively you can also purchase from our full product catalog by calling customer service on 1-866-283-9595.

 We do aim to launch our full product range on our mobile friendly website later in 2015.

 

4. Can I Order With My Mobile Device?

Yes! You can purchase print products via our mobile friendly site, however at the moment our full product offering is only available via the Desktop version of our website. You can access our Desktop website via your laptop or desktop computer, or you can click the 'Switch to Desktop' link at the bottom of the page on your mobile device.

  

5. Can I Share My Images with Family and Friends?

Yes! We allow you to share all your images for FREE via your online account, simply sign in and head to your image gallery, you will find email and social media (Facebook and Twitter) sharing options underneath your image gallery. Simply click on your preferred choice(s) and share away!

 

6. What Payment Options Do You Offer?

Online - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.

Customer Service (Phone)Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. Electronic checks (via Telecheck) and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  

7. How Long Will It Take Until My Order Arrives?

Your goodies will be delivered within a reasonable time, usually within 7-10 business days, from when you receive you order confirmation/receipt.

 

8. What Is Your Refund Policy?

If you have received product(s) that you deem are not what you ordered or are damaged please contact our customer service team on 1-866-283-9595 within 10 days of receiving them.

Please note, shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
